Romag Holdings plc (‘’Romag’’ or the ‘’Company’’), a specialist manufacturer of glass and plastic composites for security, renewable energy, architectural and specialist transport applications, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a long term contract with Q-Cells for the supply of Photovoltaic (PV) Cells.  The contract is for a minimum supply of 48.5MW over a ten year period.  Q-Cells, based in Germany, produces high quality PV cells which Romag will use in its range of PowerGlaz products.
This new supply source will add to the Company’s on-going supply arrangements with BP Solar and E-Ton Solar enabling the use of different cell types and sizes, offering greater choice to customers.
The supply from Q-Cells will commence in the summer of 2007 in line with the commissioning of the second of Romag’s PowerGlaz production lines.
